A Day In The Life of Brendon Fernandez

Corporate Work

Corporate Work

I almost never get to dress up for the theatre. Suits and ties are reserved for days like today, when I'm doing corporate training. Using drama to teach skills to people who work in the CBD. I like to pretend I'm cosplaying :)

MRT Exit

MRT Exit

On the way home. Saw this when I stepped out of the MRT. Don't know why I like this shot. Maybe it's the colours, or the contrast of solid, straight-edged concrete against the trees and the sky.

Time for a quick workout! I've been doing bodyweight workouts for a few years now, and I really like them! Very little equipment, so no need for a gym! And I can work out anywhere - at home, at the theatre, or even in my hotel room when I'm on the road. Today I'm trying something new!

Rainy Day

Rainy Day

Workout done, and off to a meeting! I'm loving the cooler November weather, although rainy days mean I don't get to ride my motorcycle as often. Oh well. Maybe tomorrow :)

Cocktail

Cocktail

Good thing I left the bike at home! Meeting ended with drinks at The Spiffy Dapper, where they make a mean cocktail. I wonder if the bar at the Tropicana was anything like this? Though I doubt they had dried chillies for garnish.

Back home, and almost time for bed. But first - everybody needs a hobby! This is from Mechwarrior Online, my current obsession. (My callsign is "Escalus Prime". At the time when my friend Edward Choy introduced me to the game, we were both in a production of Romeo & Juliet, where I was playing the role of Prince Escalus.)
